When can I expect an order to arrive?

Because we are dedicated to sustainability, all of our items are print-to-order which can take 3-5 business days before they ship from our USA-based distributor's facility. Under normal conditions, please allow 7-14 business days from the time of purchase for your order to arrive. Occasionally, due to carrier interruptions like severe weather, shipping times can be longer than expected. If you have questions about a shipping delay please email us with your Order ID at

What is your return policy?

All items purchased from are considered final sale. However, we understand that certain situations may warrant a return. We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Items: If the item is damaged during shipping.
  • Fabric Tears: Tears or damages in the fabric that affect the usability of the product.
  • Irregularities: Irregularities in the screen-printed designs on the garment's exterior.

To initiate a return, customers must:

Email us at within 30 days of the purchase date. Provide written details and photographic evidence of the damage or irregularity. We will reply with further instructions.

Customers initiating a return are responsible for:

Providing proof of purchase such as a receipt or Order ID. Arranging, packaging, and covering the cost of return shipping. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

Refund or Exchange:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will either:

Issue a refund to the original payment method, or offer an exchange. Please specify your refund or exchange preference when initiating a return.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for reasons other than those specified above. Items damaged due to wear, mishandling, or improper care are not eligible for return.
